Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in occupational therapy and a dedication to improving patients' abilities to perform daily activities, fostering greater independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans designed to enhance patients' abilities in daily life activities, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
• Work with patients to improve motor skills, cognitive functioning, and overall independence, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, coping strategies, and assistive devices to promote independent living.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and continued improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists, as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Master of Occupational Therapy (MOTH) or Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOTH) from a recognized institution.
• For MOTH: 02 years of post-qualification experience.
• For BOTH: 12 years of post-qualification experience.
