SAP TM Lead Consultant - SD/MM Modules (7-10 yrs)

As a Lead SAP Transportation Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP TM projects. Providing expert guidance and leadership to our team of consultants and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our client's business objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their transportation and logistics requirements, design customized solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

1. Should have been part of a minimum 2 implementation projects where the involvement has been from Discovery to Hypercare.

2. Lead requirements gathering workshops and design sessions with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions.

3. Should work in collaboration for project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management

4. Must have basic understanding of SD and MM modules. Knowledge of EWM, GTS and its integration with TM is an added advantage.

5. Skills of BN4L Freight Collaboration and BN4L GTT would be a plus.

6. Understanding of TM technical objects will be crucial from design perspective.

7. Identify opportunities for additional value-added services and contribute to the growth and development of the SAP TM consulting practice of the company.

8. Will be responsible for new POCs and will closely work with sales team for demo and RFP preparations.

Qualifications :

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) module implementation and support.

2. Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM features including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, tendering, and settlement.

3. Hands-on experience with SAP TM configuration, customization, and optimization, including master data setup, business rule framework, and transportation-specific enhancements.

4. Experience leading and managing end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, testing, and deployment phases.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP TM solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.

7. SAP TM certification is preferred but not required.
