Python/PySpark Engineer - Data Modeling (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Must have skills :

- Expertise in data analysis methodologies and processes and their linkages to other processes

- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques

- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design.

- Strong knowledge on Python, PySpark, SQL, Java Script.

- Experience building and deploying machine learning models

- Experience with integration efforts (packaged and customised applications) from a data analysis perspective

- Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements

- Solid customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

- Good judgement, initiative, commitment and resourcefulness

- Proficient with Skywise platform and tools e.g. Contour, Code-Workbook, Code,Slate and Ontology definitions.

- Knowledge of airline and MRO operations (preferred).

- AWS Cloud Services Skills on services such as EC2, RDS, and Redshift. (Good to have)

Good to have skills :

- Experience in test automation

- Working experience in Agile/Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

- Already experienced working in remote with colleagues based in EU is a plus

- Excellent and adaptive communication capabilities with diverse audiences,

- Showing capabilities for improving agility, Entrepreneurship, innovative spirit,

- Act as a team player: adaptive, collaborative mindset and ways of working with others

- Ability to lead a development team to ensure good software architecture, code quality and team development performance

- Experience in Palantir tools like Slate, Workshop is a plus

Total Experience Expected : 04 - 06 years

Qualifications : BE/BTech with 4-6 years of IT experience
