Application Support Lead/Manager - .Net/PL-SQL (10-13 yrs)

Role :

We are seeking highly skilled technical leads to manage and support the home loan application technology stack. These individuals will lead teams, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of the technology landscape. The role involves managing NET and PL/SQL-based core modules running on Windows, Linux, and Oracle environments.

- Must have Lead L1 and L2 support teams for incident management and problem resolution.

- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical issues quickly (problem quick-kill expertise).

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deliverable, application development, DBA, OS team, middleware management, network team.

- Must have basic Cloud implementation skill to Provide technical expertise during project implementations, migrations (On-pram to cloud), and upgrades.

- Basic understanding of Network connectivity, routing, and various protocol.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and ensure permanent fixes.

- Oversee the deployment of patches and updates (OS, middleware, and application).

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and audit requirements.

- Must have good expertise on application security, audit, compliance requirement for an enterprise application.

- Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical capabilities.

- Collaborate with the project team to integrate new functionalities and modules.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in application support, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

- Strong knowledge of .NET and PL/SQL development and debugging.

- Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.

- Proficiency in Oracle database management.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Experience in project implementation and migration activities is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.

- Experience with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems.
