Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - Growth and Strategy will play a key role in driving business expansion, developing data-driven strategies, and leading high-impact projects across various verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting or investment banking (IB) background, preferably with experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies by identifying market opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and formulating actionable plans.
- Business Analysis: Lead in-depth data analysis to identify trends, uncover business insights, and track performance metrics.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex business challenges through structured problem-solving approaches.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive key initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Manage and execute strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities within the real estate ecosystem.
Preferred Profile:
- Educational Background: MBA from a top-tier institution or B.Tech with significant post-graduation experience.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years post MBA or 3-8 years post B.Tech.
- Must have prior experience in consulting or investment banking (MBB preferred).
- Consulting experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Superior data analysis capabilities; proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to dive deep into specifics to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
