Lead Data Scientist (8-16 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead and manage a Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists team.

- Collaborate closely with other countries' Data & AI Office to strengthen our in-house Data & AI capacities worldwide.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines.

- Ensure efficient and reliable working methodologies across the team. Act as the main contact for technical inquiries.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in data engineering, data science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of leadership experience managing data engineering and analytics teams.

- Experience working in a European, ideally German, company with cross-cultural collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

- Advanced programming skills in SQL and Python.

- Expertise with advanced analytics tools and techniques, including machine learning and data visualization.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
