Position - Ops Head - SV

Job Location: Bangalore, KA

Job description:

Must Have:

- Strong telesales operations experience.

- Managed 70+ member tele sales team.

- Should be able to get into details, even work with agents if needed,

- Managed Inside sales / Outbound sales.

Good to Have:

- Have worked on generating a revenue of 100+ cr.

- Strong with Data, understanding of funnel and conversion improvement method.

Appointment Settings:

- Visit by Buyers/ clients (Especially operations where fixed time is sought from the buyer)

Success Parameters:

Core KPI's:

- Revenue delivered

- Conversion from leads to Visits and Repeat visits

- Quality of Visits measured by revisit intent/revisits

Job well done will look like:

- Generate revenue of 100+ cr yearly.

- People Management style, Leadership skills, Great task master, BQ Management.

How/ What does the role require the person to do to produce this outcome?

- Increase productivity of sales and telesales.

- Strong people management skills.

- Performance management, BQ Management.

- Metrics the person is supposed to track.

- Productivity of Sales.

- Lead funnel Management

- Track the number of site visits happening.

- Conversion from leads to visits and repeat visits

- Quality score via Audit, re-visit intent

- Distribution of Visits (Track and avoid skew)

- Total visits, Visits done per project per week
