Main KRA's:
1. Lead and mentor a large high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals
2. Responsible for driving Profits and Revenue for the B2B Enterprise Vertical.
3. Achieve individual brand/product target for the company
4. Work closely with the product heads and support functions and enhance the offerings to the customers.
5. Driving B2B business model, Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
6. Operational Efficiency, Resource Management, Technology Integration, Performance Monitoring, Collaboration and Communication
What is required?
- Minimum 15+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise is a must
- Post Graduate / Graduate with a proven track record of successful corporate sales experience with adequate knowledge of Product selling, margin negotiation and collection.
- Ability to develop and deliver results by effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse customer data and identify potential sales opportunities.
