Role Objective:
As a Technical sales trainer, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of improving the sales skills of an organisation's sales team. Your core role would be creating, implementing and delivering educational programs and seminars to increase the sales team's skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Build a framework for a world-class Sales development training program that address barriers to goal accomplishment.
- Identifying training need analysis for Sales team (B2B and B2C ) and conducting trainings to improve key skills such as productivity, relationship management, business communication, soft skills, conflict management, performance management and other key parameters
- Design and deliver customized Sales training programs.
- Utilizing a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Contribute to upgrade training content and assessments preparation.
- Collecting feedback from trainees on trainings delivered and analyzing impact of training programs.
- Identify low scorers for refreshers trainings and will track improvement score
- Submit timely reports on effectiveness and coverage of training deployed.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Prior work experience as a Sales Trainer in engineering companies.
- Hands on experience on sales training and non-verbal communication.
- Multi-linguistic communication capability.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques.
- Graduation in any stream / BE.
- Preference will be given to the person having sales exposure with training experience.
