Manager - Direct & Indirect Taxation (3-10 yrs)

Looking for Taxation Manager who has experience in both Direct and Indirect.

SAP experience is mandatory.

Years of experience depends on education qualification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Spearheading the taxation requirement and co-ordinate all internal & external communications such as orders, show cause notices and appeals

- Fair understanding in drafting department submissions.

- GSP tool integration with SAP to automate E-invoice,E-way bill and GSTR 2A reconciliation

- Responsible for GSTR 2A reconciliation and following up for vendor compliances and pending invoices.

- Responsible for appropriate TDS/TCS deduction/collections as per the Income Tax Act and rules

- Responsible for timely statutory payments and statutory filings as required by Direct and Indirect Taxes

- Tax optimization by reviewing ITC loss and registration requirement.

What we are looking for?

- Experience in managing taxation roles preferably in MNC manufacturing/ Retail industry. Prior SAP experience is Mandatory.

- Certification in GST is an added advantage

- Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits

- Spotless ethics & disciplinary record
