Business Analyst

We have an urgent requirement Business analysis for Retail IB/MB is MUST - with our client based in Qatar

Strong experience in Business analysis for Retail IB/MB is MUST , we are Not looking corporate banking experience

Strong Banking experience is MUST

Must have experience in analyzing requirements, creating business cases, testing retail banking mobile and internet banking--Must

Education / Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years in the Banking experience with at least 4 years Within IT.
• Proven previous experience with analyzing and testing Retail internet and Mobile Banking applications.
• Good Knowledge with Equation / Core Banking system.
• Good Knowledge with Card systems.
• Good Knowledge with Swift standards and Payments
• Proven experience in Agile Mythology
• Proven previous experience with testing APIs.
• Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification / User Stories .
• Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
• Reviewing BRS / User Stories and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
• Proven experience in Banking solutions in (SIT/UAT) testing
• Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
• Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
• Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
• Track and document changes to business specifications.
• Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
• Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.
• Follow up on any system incidents and arrange / coordinate for fixes on timely manner.

Required Special Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent business process analysis and mapping.
• Team work and sync with reporting hierarchy
• Customer service oriented
• Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct
• Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and outside contacts.
• Planning and organizing ability.
• Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility
• Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
