Role & responsibilities

• Understand the manpower requirements and responding on time.
• Green field project experience (bulk hiring) - Mandatory
• Keeping track of the vacancies and status.
• Job posting in job sites.
• Managing the job applications and databank.
• Preparation job description of vacant position
• Conducting Reference checks.
• Coordinating for interviews.
• Probation and Training evaluation.
• Performance management.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly reports (MIS) & review meeting presentations.
• Any other work assigned to you on time-to-time basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have fluent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Should be proficient in MS Office packages.
• Experience in handling a team.
