We are looking for anenthusiastic and dynamic Executive Talent Acquisition for our organization. Youwill be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Your Responsibilities :
Responsiblefor the entire recruitment life cycle (end to end recruitment): Sourcing candidatesthrough various avenues-database, job sites, Employee Referrals and massmailing the candidates through various job portals.
Use effectiveresourcing strategies such as job portals - (LinkedIn, Naukri), Job posting,Internet sourcing, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing &resume.
Prescreening/short-listingthe qualitative profiles shared by the team against the given requirement.
Building deeppartnerships with hiring managers to understand their teamshiring needs,capabilities and knowledge requirement/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
Must have worked on non-IT/BPOpositions.
Involvedin scheduling telephonic and personal interviews for the candidates andcoordinating on the same.
Must be aware of thelatest technologies and willing to learn. Key performers will be innovative,resourceful, and exhibit a good business sense.
Must be an excellentteam player.
Experienced involume/mass hiring and mid-level hiring. Proficient in recruiting candidatesfrom all levels.
Maintainingthe recruitment database by tracking all resumes sourced, screened, scheduled,and interviewed.
Providingdetailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and updates to seniormanagement.
Requirements
1-3 years of Non-IT /BPO (AP/AR) recruitment experience is must.
Experience usingsocial media, job boards for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships andhelp contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand.
Ability to proactivelysource candidates and build pipeline for existing and future requirements.
Proven ability todeliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, goal oriented and a go getterattitude is a must for this role.
A good communicatorwho can build excellent relationships with candidates.
