Salesforce Lead

Technical Skills:
Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Flows, Salesforce integration, Triggers, Data migration, API, SOQL, LWC and Agile.

Requirements:
8+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development.
Extensive experience in providing solutions to clients.
Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On integration techniques.
Experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules, and user management.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Customer 360.
Experience with Salesforce Declarative development using flows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
Experience with agile software development.
Salesforce certification is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business objectives.
Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer 360.
Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to provide the best solutions to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
