About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead a team of 7-8 Sales Officers in acquiring and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring portfolio profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 7-8 Sales Officers.
- Set performance targets and track progress effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Customer Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and acquire new High Net Worth Clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct thorough customer profiling to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide customized financial solutions by cross-selling a wide range of Bank products and services (e. , loans, deposits, investments, insurance).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing High Net Worth Clients.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Enhance customer loyalty and retention through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
