Job Description

Bid Coordination: Assist in the overall bid management process, including coordinating internal stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather required information for proposals.
Proposal Preparation: Support the drafting of proposal documents, ensuring that responses to RFPs, RFIs (Request for Information), and tenders are tailored to the specific needs of clients in the cybersecurity domain.
Content Development: Help create and update bid documentation, including technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and case studies, ensuring all materials are aligned with the company s offerings and the client s needs.
Compliance Check: Ensure that all bid submissions meet the specified requirements and compliance standards set out in the RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders, including sales, technical, legal, and finance teams, to ensure that the bid process runs smoothly and within deadlines.
Market Research: Conduct research on the client s business, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the cybersecurity space to ensure that proposals are well-informed and strategically aligned.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of bids, proposals, and client communications. Assist in reporting on bid status, success rates, and areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing and editing proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before final submission.
Learning and Development: Continuously improve understanding of cybersecurity services, sales processes, and industry trends to contribute more effectively to the bid management function.

Skillsets we require:

Basic knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, including services such as risk assessments, vulnerability management, network security, penetration testing, and compliance solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to draft professional and compelling proposals.
A keen eye for detail to ensure proposals are accurate, consistent, and error-free.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with proposal management tools and CRMs is a plus.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pedigree or Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
0 to 6 months of experience in bid management, sales support, or a related field. Freshers with a keen interest in cybersecurity sales are also encouraged to apply.
