Job Description
- Responsible for sales and support of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service-related business for maintaining Gate Management Systems, Access Control Systems, and Security Surveillance Systems.
- Fully accountable for client support regarding work orders under warranty, AMC, or chargeable services.
- Achieve AMC revenue generation targets set by the company.
- Also responsible for business generation from third party AMC.
- Provide both offsite and onsite support, addressing any bottlenecks to streamline processes through effective relationship management.
- Proven experience in AMC sales.
- Familiarity with ERP software, preferably SAP Business One.
