Lift Design Engineer Job Description

Function: Trainee Design Engineer
Reports to: Design Director
Purpose
Be part of the design team that provides a design service to our prestigious clients,
at India & overseas. You will be actively involved in the design and lift equipment to
the clients specification. In addition, you will provide technical support and detailed
documentation to meet the requirements of our client.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review Builders Works Drawings using CAD software.
2. Design type of vertical transportation system required, such as elevators,
escalators, travellators , etc.
3. Review and check confirmations and acknowledgements from Architects
and vendors . Confirmation that the equipment is to the specification along
with making sure quantities and standards are adhered to.
4. Follow the company procedures, policies and complete the relevant
documents for issuing and checking for the designs.
5. Survey sites taking all the required dimensions of the shaft, landings, and
motor room to produce the lift arrangement designs
Eligibility Criteria
 Mechanical Engineer graduate from a reputed institute
 First class without backlog preferred and well versed with basic Engineering principles.
 Candidates to have basic AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software experience.

Job Location :
Mumbai , but occasional travel will be involved to visit site or meet clients.
