Job Title: Lead Content Creator

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

Intellipaat, a leader in the online education and upskilling space, is looking for a Lead Content Creator to drive our content strategy and creation efforts. This individual will play a key role in developing educational content that appeals to learners at every stage of their career, with a focus on driving engagement, trust, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the edtech industry, a deep understanding of learner needs, and the creativity to bring complex technical topics to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a robust content strategy that supports Intellipaat's educational goals, brand identity, and growth objectives.

- Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content to stay ahead of market demands.

- Work with marketing, product, and educational teams to align content with learning objectives and promotional campaigns.

Content Creation & Management:

- Produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content across multiple formats (blogs, video scripts, course descriptions, webinars, infographics).

- Design content that simplifies complex topics (especially in technology fields like AI, data science, cloud computing) for diverse learner profiles.

- Oversee the creation of e-learning materials, from video lectures to written guides and hands-on project documentation.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of writers, video editors, instructional designers, and content creators.

- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure that content meets Intellipaat's high standards and learning outcomes.

- Manage third-party agencies, freelancers, and other external content creators as needed.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (engagement, completion rates, feedback scores).

- Gather insights from learner feedback and content metrics to refine and improve future content.

- Work with the SEO and digital marketing teams to optimize content reach and effectiveness.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

- Collaborate with product, sales, and instructional teams to support the launch of new courses and modules.

- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and value for learners.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to align content across social media, email, and other promotional channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong background in education or technology-focused content.

- Proven experience in content management and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

- Proficiency in SEO principles, video production, and e-learning tools.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of instructional design principles and familiarity with e-learning platforms.

- Experience creating technical content, especially in fields like AI, machine learning, data science, or software development.

- Creative approach to translating technical concepts into engaging, accessible content.
