Role & responsibilities

• Configuration of Pre-Sales, Sales, Service, Warranty & Spares Modules
• Sales process & O2C (Order To Cash).
• Designing, Defining and assigning organization structure in Customization
• Identify and carry out gap analysis on the variance between the application defined process and the real world business process.
• Prepare FRD to communicate the client requirements to the development team.

Preferred candidate profile

• B. Tech/BE/MCA with 6 - 8 yrs of Techno Functional Consultant Experience in CRM DMS.
• Work Experience in Automotive domain would be an advantage
• Good Knowledge in SAP Interfaces related to O2C & SAP SD
• Willingness to travel across India
