Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counsellors to join our Inside Sales team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students towards their career goals by promoting our programs and assisting them in the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to understand their career aspirations and training needs.

- Provide detailed information about NorthStar Academy's courses, benefits, and admission processes.

- Counsel students on course selection based on their educational background and career goals.

- Follow up with leads and inquiries to drive conversions and meet enrolment targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

- Address student concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth on boarding of enrolled students.

- Stay updated on industry trends and NorthStar Academy's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance/Accounting background preferred but not mandatory).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

- Fresher's are welcome; prior experience in sales or counselling will be an added advantage.
