Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our organic and paid search strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in keyword research, on-page & technical SEO, link-building strategies, and managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for higher search rankings.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site performance issues (e.g., page speed, mobile usability).
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.
• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

Google Ads (PPC):

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages.
• Implement A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
• Manage budget allocation to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends and new features.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO & Google Ads management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking implementation.
• Familiarity with content marketing and blogging strategies for SEO.
• Knowledge of competitor analysis and programmatic advertising.
