Marketing Executive role is to promote Tablets India Ltd products to Medical professionals (doctors/ chemists etc..) and responsible for the generation of prescriptions to achieve given sales objective.
Your role involves building strong relationships, providing product information, and delivering value- driven solutions to meet the needs of healthcare providers. You will contribute to increasing product awareness, driving sales, and achieving company objectives within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Product Promotion:
Promote pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Educate healthcare providers about product features, benefits, and applications.
Territory Management:
Manage and prioritize a designated geographic territory for effective coverage and customer engagement.
Plan and schedule appointments with healthcare professionals to present products.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and healthcare market developments.
Gather and provide feedback to internal teams regarding market insights and customer needs.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals based on trust and credibility.
Understand their needs and tailor product presentations to meet specific requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the products you represent, including their indications, mechanisms of action, and clinical data.
Stay updated on any updates or changes related to the products.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase product adoption and revenue.
Presentation and Communication:
Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Communicate product information clearly and effectively.
Compliance:
Adhere to industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies during all interactions with healthcare professionals.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in a CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and medical affairs to align strategies and initiatives.
