We are seeking a AI Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Supervised Learning, LLM / CNN / RNN, Opensource Models, Python along with expertise in Lang Chain / Gpt. The ideal candidate should be strong in model training and deep learning. A deep knowledge of modern software development practices and the ability to lead and mentor a development team is good to have.

What youll do

• Develop and implement AI models, particularly focusing on transformers and model training.
• Research and evaluate new and emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Have experience in finetuning and training with opensource models
• Have experience in integrating/finetuning/training commercial models like GPT/ Googles Bert to custom application interface’s
• Have experience in model tuning/development/deployment both in UNIX and Dockerised environment
• Experience of using model as a service and real time training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our broader tech stack.
• Optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.
• Document and maintain a clear overview of all developments and innovations.

Your qualifications

Technical:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proven experience with neural networks, deep learning, supervised, and unsupervised learning.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI development frameworks like TensorFlow, Py Torch, or similar.
• Experience with transformer architectures and model training.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible language for collaboration with team members.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI capabilities.
• Publications or contributions to open-source projects in the AI domain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
