Software Solutions-Sales Lead

We are looking for a bright and exceptional Inside Sales Team Lead based out of Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
2. Respond quickly to all queries and incidents.
3. Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
4. Manage customer via telephone, chat & email.
5. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
6. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
7. Documentation, recording & updating incident details.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Fluent in English verbal and Non-verbal.
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
3. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
4. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
6. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
7. Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment.
8. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
