Job Description
- Market Coverage Engage with mechanics across the region to promote and sell lubricant products for 2-wheelers, 4-wheelers, Tractors, and Trucks.
- Sales Targets Achieve monthly sales targets ranging from 500 to 600 units.
- Mechanic Conversion Convert non-client mechanics to Client products, making them active users of Client lubricants.
- Promotions Drive participation in Client Master Scan and promote Client MLP (Mechanic Loyalty Program).
- Proven record in the Auto Retail Lubricant industry with at least 1.5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
