Vice President - Quality - Revenue Cycle Management Process - Healthcare (15-20 yrs)

The VP of RCM Quality will be responsible for overseeing and driving quality assurance initiatives within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.

About:

- This individual will ensure that all aspects of the RCM process, from patient registration and coding to billing and collections, meet high standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

- They will work cross-functionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to improve processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the RCM lifecycle.

- This role will be responsible for Transactional, Operational and transformational quality initiatives.

- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role focused on quality management.

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, insurance verification, claims processing, and collections.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements, quality assurance programs, and compliance initiatives.

- Strong understanding of industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, payer-specific requirements) and experience with audit and risk management processes.

Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt)
