Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement objective metrics for workplace systems (notebooks, VDIs, mobile devices, and Macbooks)
• Proactively discover and analyse performance issues impacting employee experience
• Set up automated remediation scenarios to resolve identified issues
• Communicate with all levels of the company hierarchy to identify trends and resolve incidents
• Utilise Nexthink for in-depth analysis and reporting
• Implement a strong automation approach for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain a zero-incident strategy
• Collaborate across the organisation to improve digital employee experience
• Take ownership of problems and conduct thorough root cause analyses
