Job Description
- Looking for lead developers responsible to produce and implement functional scalable software solutions. Understanding the client business requirements, Understanding the current system functionality, Collaborating with cross-functional teams, Proposing high-level solutions/designs, and Developing cool SaaS platforms for our Australian, US, and European clients. Responsible for leading 3 to 5 engineers
Desired Candidate Profile
- 9 to 13 years of experience in building applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
- Good at Microservices architecture
- Considerable experience with any one database PostgreSQL, or MySQL, or MS SQL Server, or Oracle or any NoSQL Databases.
- Experience in mentoring or leading 3 to 5 engineers.
- Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) or Unit test development is a plus
- Optional: Knowing React or Next or Angular or any frontend framework is a plus.
- Optional: Nice to have gRPC, Design Patterns, AWS Cloud experience, and Docker Containers.
- Optional: FinTech work experience is a plus.

- Any Degree
