Hiring For QMS Professionals

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and maintain QMS software to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to users on QMS and Complaint Pro systems.
• Implement and support quality management systems (QMS) and complaint management systems (e.g., Complaint Pro).
• Monitor and analyze data from quality systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the documentation and tracking of quality issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate training sessions for end users on QMS and Complaint Pro systems.
• Compile and analyze data from quality systems to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide user support and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and address issues.
• Manage system backups and recovery plans.
• Document procedures, operations, and issues.
• Test and evaluate new technology for possible Implementation.
• Communicate technical details to non-technical staff or clients.
• Coordinate with vendors for system repairs.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training in office administration are a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant 7-10 years of experience in a technical or business analyst or support role, preferably within a quality department.
• Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and complaint management systems (e.g., Complaint Pro).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality management.
• Technical skills in configuring and maintaining QMS software.
• Administration of quality IT systems.
