Job Description
- Provide Level 1/1.5 support for user queries and issues related to an Excel-based Tool.
- Log and manage support requests and issues in the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve common Excel-related issues, including slow-running VBA code, workbook corruption, and syntax errors.
- Assist users with troubleshooting Excel workbooks, including data integrity and reference link issues.
- Support users in enabling macros and adjusting security settings as needed.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including creating and maintaining complex VBA macros to automate tasks within the Assortment Planning Tool.
- Troubleshoot and optimize VBA code to improve performance and memory usage in Excel workbooks.
- Experience in Microsoft Access
- Offer guidance on navigation and basic operational tasks
- Coordinate with the IT department to resolve network and connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support when advanced troubleshooting or code-level changes are required.
- Communicate issue status and resolution timelines to users effectively.
- Maintain documentation of resolved issues and best practices for future reference.
- Understanding or experience into Retail or Merchandising project will be a plus
- Work hours are from 9 am to 5 pm US Eastern Time, providing timely support during business hours.
