Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases. Perform resume formatting to meet company and client standards. Conduct data scraping from online sources to extract relevant information. Cross-verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare reports and summaries based on the collected and entered data. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience required 0 to 1 year

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

Basic knowledge of data scraping tools and techniques.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to format and standardize resumes efficiently.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to conduct lead generation and maintain vendor relationships effectively.
