Job Description
Title : Lead Data Consultant.
100% REMOTE.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 of experience in data analysis, data conversion, or data governance roles.
- Proven experience with Workday data migration is a must.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data and governance concepts, including data ownership, stewardship, and custodianship.
- Proficiency in data quality management, integrated data concepts, and systems of record and source of truth.
- Experience with data cataloging, creating data dictionaries, and documenting data processes.
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong business and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
