- Leadership and Strategy:Provide strategic leadership for the ADAS system engineering team
- Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for ADAS system development
- Requirements Definition:Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and comprehensive requirements for ADAS functionalities
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical specifications
- System Architecture:Lead the design and development of ADAS system architecture
- Ensure scalability, modularity, and integration capabilities in the system design
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with software development, hardware engineering, and testing teams to achieve integrated ADAS solutions
- Foster collaboration and communication across different engineering disciplines
- Technical Guidance:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the system engineering team
- Review and approve technical decisions and design choices
- Risk Management:Identify and assess technical risks associated with ADAS development
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Validation and Testing:Oversee the validation and testing processes for ADAS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ADAS system development processes
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
- Customer Interaction:Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs and expectations
- Provide updates on project progress and engage in customer feedback sessions
- Budget and Resource Management:Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to project timelines
