System Engineer - C#/.Net (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Analyze the existing C#.NET platform to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

- Refactor and optimize C# code for improved performance, readability, and maintainability, ensuring efficient handling of growing data volumes.

- Perform in-depth performance tuning of the platform, utilizing profiling tools and techniques to identify and address performance issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to understand system requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure code changes maintain platform integrity and performance.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation of optimizations, code changes, and best practices for future reference.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining C#.NET applications.

- Strong expertise in C#.NET Framework and .NET Winforms.

- Proven experience in performance tuning and code optimization methodologies.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g, clean code principles).

- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex system performance issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Familiarity with large-scale data handling and processing techniques.

- Experience working with relational databases (e.g, SQL Server, MySQL) is a plus
