Overview: System Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, to play a pivotal role in the analysis, development, implementation, support and maintenance of software systems tailored to meet the specific needs of the P&C insurance industry. Exposure to Policy Administration System(PAS), enables the issuance of new insurance policies, including quotes, underwriting, and policy documentation generation.

Expertise will be crucial in analysing business requirements, designing efficient system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and technical requirements related to P&C insurance operations.
• Having hands-on experience with Application support, maintenance & Oracle/MS SQL database exposure is must.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system optimization, improvements and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise system specifications, including user stories, use cases, and data models.
• Design scalable and robust software solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the P&C insurance domain.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or anomalies encountered during system implementation.

• Review code to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding conventions, troubleshoot and security protocols.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and performance.
