Role & responsibilities

Laboratory Management

1. Handling laboratory and testing activities

2. Maintain laboratory accreditation and certifications.

3. Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and industry standards.

Testing and Quality Control

1. Conduct and coordinate physical, chemical, and performance testing (e.g., tensile strength, colorfastness, fabric density).

2. Evaluate test results and provide recommendations.

3. Implement quality control procedures.

Standardization and Certification

1. Familiarize with international testing standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, AATCC).

2. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

3. Maintain certification records.

Training and Development

1. Train laboratory staff on testing methods and procedures.

2. Conduct workshops and training sessions.

3. Stay updated on industry developments.

Documentation and Reporting

1. Maintain accurate laboratory records.

2. Prepare test reports and certificates.

3. Submit regular reports to management

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Chemistry, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in fabric testing laboratory management

Salary - 30,000 to 40,000/Month+PF+Incentive+Annual Bonus
