Inventory Executive - Garments Industry(Female Only)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

1. Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.

2. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

3. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations

1. Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.

2. Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

3. Implement and maintain 5S standards.

Supply Chain Coordination

1. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.

2. Ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.

3. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

Compliance and Reporting

1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

2. Prepare and submit inventory reports to management.

3. Analyze inventory trends and provide insights for process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Certification in inventory management

- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).

- Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
