Job Description
Familiarize with Oracle s billing system.
PO Process:
Ensure Customer s system generates PO - wherever mandatory, by liaising with relevant stakeholders - BA , PM, client SPC, as applicable.
Ensure workflow approvals are completed on customer s system - by liaising with relevant stakeholders
Ensure corresponding workflow approvals on Oracle s processes.
Validate the details on the customer PO / work order - ensuring correctness of data captured.
Invoicing Process:
Monitor the invoice generation process on customer s system - and follow through for approvals on workflow.
Ensure the corresponding invoices get generated on Oracle s system - after the above step of invoicing on customer s system.
AR / Collection:
Track and monitor the payment status of these self-billed invoices.
Reporting:
Generate reports at month ends / quarter ends, as required for the Lob being supported.
Skills preferred:
Communication skills - written and verbal - required for liaising with various stakeholder groups - BA, Fusion team, Delivery, Collections
Working knowledge / basic understanding of invoicing process / AR process.
Excel skills - basic to intermediate
System tools - any ERP working knowledge ( required for logging into client system, navigating for information, downloading as required for Reconciliation )
Experience - 1+ years
