Complete Night Shift (US Timings)

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pool of bench candidates for various IT and non-IT roles.
• Market bench consultants and their skill sets to potential clients.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate client interactions.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and consultants.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and client demands.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors in a related field or any.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in bench sales recruiting, preferably in IT.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the US job market and immigration policies.
• Knowledge of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099
• Comprehensive knowledge of US Visa types and requirements:
  H-1B Visa, L-1 Visa, F-1 Visa, OPT (Optional Practical Training), H-4 EAD, Green Card, TN Visa.
