Job Description: Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - PMO And Governance - Talent Match
This role will work closely with senior leaders across the business to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver outstanding learning experiences for leaders globally.
Responsibilities
1. Understanding the agricultural and processed food value chain
In-depth knowledge of the entire value chain, from crop dynamics to processing and distribution of finished products.
Identify critical points in the supply chain
2. Monitoring prices and market trends
Analyze agricultural commodity prices in domestic and international markets, identifying trends and seasonal cycles.
Provide short- and long-term forecasts based on economic, climatic, and geopolitical data.
3. Analyzing market drivers
Study key factors influencing supply and demand, such as agricultural policies, climate changes, logistics, and global consumption patterns.
Identify critical events (e.g., droughts, trade disruptions) that may impact the availability and costs of raw materials.
4. Risk assessment and scenario planning
Develop risk analysis scenarios to anticipate volatility in agricultural markets and propose mitigation strategies (e.g., supplier diversification or financial hedging).
Understanding futures to stabilize commodity costs.
Provide insights on the best timing for purchasing specific raw materials based on market dynamics.
Participate actively in a globally operating business unit and engage in direct communication with international stakeholders
Monitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualification
Graduation in any stream
Preferred qualification
Experience in driving transformation of any kind, large program management or human resources
