Job Title: HR Specialist/Onshore Service Specialist
- Purpose: Manage the entire Hire to Retire process, handle mass onboarding effectively, deliver comprehensive orientation programs, and manage HR operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, BGV, and offboarding.
- Coordinate and execute mass onboarding sessions.
- Develop and deliver orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to address HR-related queries and issues.
- Handle HR transactions and processes using HR systems like Workday, Ariba, and ServiceNow.
- Organize employee engagement activities and address employee concerns.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and monitor retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with global functional teams to expand services.
- Partner with Offshore GPSC team members and work with Onshore teams for service standardization and improvement.
- Identify training opportunities and be a change champion for new services or policy changes.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing the Hire to Retire process and mass onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Ariba, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of AI applications in HR processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in delivering orientation programs and employee training.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience Range: 5-7 years.
