*Provide advice and guidance on the selection of parts and equipment
*Place orders for parts and equipment, ensuring that the inventory is adequately stocked
*Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records of parts and equipment
*Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
*Study product catalogs and participate in educational opportunities for updated knowledge on automotive parts and accessories
*Work closely with service technicians to identify necessary parts and equipment for repairs and maintenance
