About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to join our growing team in Kolkata.
As the Team Lead for the SCB site, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of IT infrastructure management services.
You will lead a team of technical professionals, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and proactively address the evolving IT needs of the client.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including technicians, engineers, and support staff.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
Service Delivery & Management :
- Oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure services, including network management, server administration, desktop support, and security management.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
- Monitor service levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address potential IT issues and risks.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client site (SCB).
- Proactively communicate with clients on service delivery, project updates, and any potential service disruptions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Service Improvement :
- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies.
Reporting & Documentation :
- Prepare and submit regular reports on service delivery, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all IT services and support activities.
Qualifications :
Essential :
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on team leadership and service delivery.
- Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing IT teams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and security.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e., ITIL).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
