Job Summary

Strong knowledge in US healthcare operations, specializing in accounts receivable and leading team with single or multiple clients.

• Responsible for supervising the team to work on assigned AR.
• Monitor Team's production and SLA delivery.
• Keep a record of client KPIs and team's performance against the KPIs.
• Motivate Team members to improve their productivity, quality & moral as well.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as maintain issues logs by examining each issue log before it is escalated to the client.
• Managing escalations related to people, policies and processes.
• Provide mentorship, training and coaching to the team.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Keep the Standard Operating Procedures updated and establish due control mechanisms.
• Monitor & report Team performance metrics to the Manager.
• Attending management meetings to present results and formulate continual process improvement and effectiveness.
• Work with quality and business transformation teams to identify, recommend and implement process improvement projects.
