Skills / Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / MBA
• 4 ~ 8 Years of Experience in Planning & Procurement Function. 4-5
• Knowledge of supply chain organization (SOP, MPS, MRP, PO, PR, etc.).
• Knowledge of overall P2P process.
• Knowledge of organization ERP systems (Ex SAP).
• Fluent in commercial English.
• Knowledge of SEZ rules.
• Knowledge of HSN & GST / Taxation.
• Highly Skilled in MS office (Excel, Power point, word).

Job Responsibilities

• Process PR/PO on time in SAP, according to the stock optimization rules. Share the same with supplier for on time deliveries.
• Establish the critical codes list (Classification of material) / maintain production master data of materials.
• Suppliers follow up, monitor and ensure timely availability of raw material in factory.
• Monitoring Payment of suppliers & Freight forwarder, and regular discussion with finance for supplier payments, pending invoices, Quarterly ledger reconciliation, Debit/credit note Settlement.
• Manage delivery modifications and orders correction as per the requirement and handle Pull in, Push out, NCNR activities with suppliers.
• Responsible for all planning activities, Run MRP & MPS, to extract the actual RM Requirement from SAP.
• Responsible for Capex Purchase.
• Reception acknowledgement and analyze the conformity in regard to the need.
• Escalation to purchasing in case of delivery and Quality issues.
• Search/Identify local Indian sources and share information with corporate purchasing.
• Effectively Manage inventory /DOH and work on inventory reduction programs.
• Supplier Evaluation, Education, Supplier audits, Supplier OTD Tracking, Open PO reconciliation.
• Alignment with commercial teams for low-cost carrier mode and timely clearance of incoming goods.
• Plot RFQ for consumable & Direct Material, Validate Price, & Approve cost.
• Plot RFQ to finalize the freight forwarder, Manage shipment, Documents Validation, Follow-ups with Forwarder, custom clearance , NSEZ Clearance.
• Supplier coordination, for rejection and RMA shipments.
• Calculate / Prepare BOM cost, validate from finance. Maintain BOM Part in SAP.
• Took take care of all the Import Purchase, Maintain Po Log and reconcile time to time with vendor.

Reporting

• Analize & maintain all the monthly and yearly trends related to inventory, vendor ratings, market trends, Total volume and purchase value spend, Dashboards, MIS through Excel. And effectively present this data in management review through presentation & Effective Dashboard.
• Inventory tracking, management, and reduction.
• Supplier quality improvement, capacity improvement.
• Focus on Automation & Power BI Tools, Effective Dashboards, AI Tools.
• Analyze historical spend forecast spend and savings by commodity/business.
• Automotive supply chain & Procurement operation.
