About the Job:
The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager will be instrumental in strategizing and executing plans to position SysCloud's BaaS platform effectively in the market.
This role combines market analysis, content creation, event management, and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for highly analytical, creative, and detail-oriented individuals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze data to support the development of impactful GTM strategies.
Content Creation and Campaigns:
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
Event Planning and Management:
- Identify and manage industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.
- Oversee logistics and develop event-specific marketing strategies.
Collaborative Product Marketing:
- Translate product features into compelling value propositions.
- Assist in creating user-friendly materials, demos, and presentations for product launches.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and evaluate marketing activities using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights for strategy improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, product, and internal teams to align messaging and strategies.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer experience and product adoption.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA from a reputed institute with a CAT score of 90 percentile or higher.
Core Skills:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and trends
