IT Administration Executive

Tara Capital Partners is building out its business to support both production and research. Our goal is to incorporate modern tools and best practices for software development and research in order to create a robust and flexible infrastructure. We need intelligent, motivated, and creative people to help us build and maintain a unique institutional quality platform.

Job details:

• Setup and support desktop and mobile devices for users globally across the firm
• Handle operations and support for the day-to-day trading across multiple executing brokers and custodians.
• Set up standard operating procedures and establish key processes to ensure reliability and efficiency of firm infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee large-scale IT projects, networks, and infrastructuresfrom initial planning and development to implementation and enhancements.

Requirements:

Essential :

• Communication & Team Management
• ITIL Operations
• Experience with CTCL systems (Omnesys, GreekSoft etc)
• Understanding of trading and clearing systems; Including BOD/EOD processes
• Infrastructure performance monitoring

Preferable:

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Tools
• Virtualization
• Experience in Cash Reconciliation and Investigations.
• Bachelors degree in Commerce or Business
• At least 3 years of IT experience in a brokerage firm
