Working Time: Rotational Shift (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-6am)
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Mould Operator to join our team in Saarloha Mudhwa pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M/c Process, As an Operation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving Business targets.
Responsibilities / Requirements:

1. Mould cleaning
2. Dummy bar interstation
3. Mould sealing
4. Mould filling.
5. Casting start manual /auto.
6. Casting powder feeding during casting in mould.
7. Tundish and stopper checking.
8. Tundish preheating.
9. AMLC cable and cooling hose connection.
10. Slide gate cylinder checking.
11. Ensuring the material required for casting and dummy bar sealing.
12. Data entry in PC related to casting.
13. RTC cold trial of machine.
14. Section changes activities.
15. During shutdown activities as per Group leader instructions.
16. Any other work according to situation and instruction from the seniors
