Graphic Designer

Position Title: Graphic Designer

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually and aesthetically appealing graphics including print collaterals, social media posts, website banners, PowerPoint slides and video elements.

Key Tasks & Accountability:

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality of work.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe applications, and Microsoft applications for creating and editing multimedia content.
• Design presentation templates for clients in accordance with brand guidelines

Education and Experience:

Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field with 1-4 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere pro, PowerPoint, Microsoft word.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Skills:

• Understanding typography, color theory, and composition in design, across print content, social media and video animations.
• Excellent design sense and creative ability to develop visually appealing designs that meet brand standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
